How will you deliver my order?

Resolution

Once your order is placed with us we will then pass it to one of our expert delivery partners.

If buying an appliance directly from us, you can choose whether to simply have your appliance delivered or, if applicable, we can also install it for you. This will then decide which of our delivery partners handles your order. Appliances just being delivered will be handled by ArrowXL. Appliances that will be installed, gas or electric cookers, or side-by-side refrigeration will be handled by Kaboodle.

If buying a spare part or accessory we will complete the delivery through either Royal Mail or DPD. Orders with our standard delivery opted for will be via Royal Mail and Express orders will go via DPD.

If you are wanting to order a small appliance (such as kettles, toasters, and vacuums) these will be dispatched via DPD.


Deliveries of Freestanding washing machines, Tumble dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigeration 

If you have ordered an appliance that is 'freestanding' or an appliance that is 'built-in' but you haven't asked us to install it, you will be contacted by our delivery partner ArrowXL. 

Please note that once your order has been placed with us, ArrowXL will not have your details until around 48 hours after this.

ArrowXL will contact you around two working days after your order is with us. You will then have the option to select the delivery date that suits you best. 

ArrowXL will provide details for you to track your order when they make contact with you.

All large appliance deliveries to Scotland, whether an installation is needed or not, are completed by MCD. They can be contacted on 01355 266 683.


Deliveries of integrated appliances, Gas and Electric cookers, and Side by Side refrigeration

If you have ordered an appliance that is 'built-in' and have asked that we install it for you, you will be contacted by our delivery partner Kaboodle.

Please note that once your order has been placed with us, Kaboodle will not have your details until around 48 hours after it was placed.

Once Kaboodle has your order, they will contact you and share with you the available dates to complete your delivery and installation. They will typically make contact two working days after your order has been placed.

Spare parts and accessories

If you select our standard delivery we will send your order via Royal Mail. It's not possible to track these orders once placed with us.

If you opt for our Express Delivery, once DPD has your order, they will be in contact with your tracking information. You can also track your order by visiting their website   www.dpdlocal.co.uk/

Please note that deliveries are made to mainland UK only, we currently do not deliver to the Channel Islands, British Forces Post Office and mail forwarding companies, PO Boxes, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isle of Scilly and Scottish Islands.
