I want to change the date I have been given for an appliance delivery or installation

Resolution


If you have ordered a built-in appliance and asked that we install it for you.

Once you have placed your order for an appliance that we will install for you, your order details are shared with our partner Kaboodle who will complete this for us.

Kaboodle will typically receive your details 24 hours after your order is placed with us. Before this time they will not have any details of your order as we prepare it for them.

Once Kaboodle has your order they will send you a calendar to select the date for installation that suits you best. This is normally two working days after your order was placed.

If after this time you would like to change or reschedule your appointment it is often quickest to contact Kaboodle directly on 0203 191 107. 

Before you have been given a delivery date, you can call our team on 03445 611 080.

All large appliance deliveries to Scotland, whether an installation is needed or not, are completed by MCD. They can be contacted on 01355 266 683.

If you have ordered a free standing appliance, or one that is for delivery only

Once you have placed your order for a freestanding appliance or an appliance that is for delivery only, your order details are shared with our partner ArrowXL who will complete this for us.

ArrowXL will typically receive your details 24 hours after your order is placed with us. Before this time they will not have any details of your order as we prepare it for them.

ArrowXL will normal make contact around two working days after your order has been placed. They will send to you a calendar where you can select the delivery date that suits you best.

If you have had a date confirmed by ArrowXL and you need to reschedule it is often quicker to speak with them directly at that point. ArrowXL can be contacted by calling 0333 212 1708.
